| Its February already and as we enter the second month of 2011 I am pleased to report that so far it has been a fantastic year for Spitting Pig surrey and business is booming!we look to set to be kept busy throughout the year with catering for various occasions and events. Certain dates are certainly going to hectic for us as we have had many confirmed bookings for key dates in 2011. One of these is Friday the 29th of April 2011 also known as the day of the royal wedding :) Many of our customers are taking advantage of this extra bank holiday and are throwing street parties or barbecues to celebrate the Future king of England's happy day. We have booked in many catering jobs for this day and are looking forward to providing the people of Surrey with fine food on this exciting date. Many local pubs, restaurants and hotels have also requested machine hire on this day as they are planning on celebrating at their establishment and going the extra mile for their customers that day by providing an amazing hog roast. After this we enter into the Summer season and we have had enquiries for every weekend through June, July and August. This is the most popular time of year for many events and in particular weddings. We have several weddings already booked in for this Summer and some confirmed for 2012 as well. We have been working closely with some of our customers to adapt our sample menus and create the customers dream wedding feast, as we like the happy couple to have exactly what they want on the big day. But before the big rush and the bank holidays and the Summer months their is a key event this month which has brought us many bookings. It is of course Valentines day :)This year looks like the busiest one yet we have lots of confirmed bookings and more people ringing or emailing to enquire everyday. If you wish to enquire about our catering or machine hire services for the most romantic day of the year, Monday the 14th of February, or even the Saturday and Sunday before then I suggest you get in touch with us soon as it won't be long before these dates are fully booked. As many people are celebrating it over the weekend these three days will see us travelling all over Surrey and its surrounding areas cooking up treats and delivering our machine at variety of different Valentines events. From providing four course dinners at a romantic ball in Guildford to providing our machines at a popular restaurant in Epsom and even providing barbecued meaty treaty for a singles party in Bagshot. So a real variety of events there to keep us busy during the busiest weekend of February.
