People are always suprised that here at Spitting Pig Surrey we work all year round. We are one of the very few hog roast caterers to do this and it is because over the years we have built up a reputation that keeps us in demand . Here is a quick look back at 2011 to give you a general idea of what we do month by month.

March 2011 - Getting ready for the summer hog roast season in Surrey. Looking forward to working flat out again with our great team at hog roast Surrey.

April 2011 - Had a great month. We have done hog roasts in various idyllic locations, including a palace of all places. Things are really picking up for summer now and with the arrival of spring the hog roast team in surrey are starting to get busy again. Bring on the summer.

May 2011 - Summer is here and we are now running pretty much flat out at Spitting pig surrey. The team have been all over Surrey this month with hog roasts taking place all over our area and we have been very very busy. We have a new member to the team and we are just starting training for him to carry out his own events, whilst Adrian is working hard as ever. We have had a fantastic May and are looking forward to the rest of the summer.

June/July 2011 - Well we have been in the midst of the silly season at Spitting pig Surrey so unfortunately could not keep you all updated through June as we have had events all over the place. At one event we were at last week, there was a bird of prey demonstration. Having never seen anything like this before, it was actually quite enjoyable to sit back after service and enjoy the watching the birds. It truely is amazing how fast and accurately these birds fly, and i must admit, combining a hog roast with a live bird show, is not a combination i would have maybe thought of myself! At this point, we are over half way through the year and believe it or not we are already starting to think about the Christmas hog roast season with events already starting to come in. Any lingering thoughts that this was going to be a quiet winter that would allow us some well earn't rest are now quickly subsiding!

August/September - Silly season is over and the number of hog roast events is starting to slow down a bit. Adrian will be thoroughly excited about this as it means it is time to service the hog roast machines and give everything a deep clean and generally get on top of things back at base. We will have a thorough sort out this week back at base and prepare for the christmas season. We are starting to get a few enquiries for Olympic parties in 2012 and from the sounds of some of the enquiries, we could be hog roasting in some very exciting places in and around London and Surrey in 2012! Along with the Jubilee next year, it could be a very interseting time to be a hog roaster!

October 2011 - Well here at hog roast Surrey we have had a surprisingly busy October. With the summer lasting well into the month, lots of people decided to have a late season hog roast. We did an event at a church in South London on what turned out to be one of the hottest days on record, and then went on to a fabulous 60th birthday bash where everyone was clearly having a wonderful time! But with winter approaching fast, 'extreme' hog roasting lies in wait for us. Lets just hope the heat wave continues for as long as possible.

Well thats it! Christmas has been and gone and with it, some peace and quiet, at last! Spitting Pig Surrey had a fantastic December. We have carried out many memorable events and would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers from throughout the year. We have thoroughly enjoyed carrying out your events this year and look forward to seeing you all again in 2012, when we can do it all over again. Hog roast Surrey have had a really busy year and with our customer base expanding year on year, 2012 is looking like a very busy year again, especially since we have the Golden Jubilee and the Olympic Games in London to look forward to. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the team at Spitting Pig Surrey. Again, you have all risen to the challenge and often gone above and beyond the call of duty for our clients. Looking forward to 2012, we have many exiting plans for the new year. We have some exciting plans for the new year and now is the time to evaluate how we did in 2011 and see if we can make any improvements whether that be to our menus or processsess.
